Students in the youth group at the St. Ann’s Church in Avon, Connecticut, were led to create large size artworks for church events. I design and outline the drawing and the students are taught the strokes and colors which will go into each part of the artwork.

Students in the ‘Art for the Hospital’ Club were led to create these five paintings which now decorate the walls of the Endocrinology waiting room at the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.

The theme was provided by Dr. Karen Rubin and the staff of the Endocrinology department. This project was part of the ARTREACH program at the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.

The paintings titled Red Barn and the Farm Animals, Mexican Fiesta, Mexican Sunrise and Hot Air Balloons in the Murals Section of the gallery were donated to the Joy of Art program at the Hospital for Special Care, located in New Britain, Connecticut. The show will be held in October 2008.
